Buganda Land Board is offering another opportunity to the unregistered tenants on Kabaka’s land .This follows the subsequent requests from the bibanja holders that missed out on the previous exercise and is expected to kick off on 1stJune2016. The same exercise that was completed last year attracted more than 100,000/= bibanja holders that had their bibanja surveyed and later on got their deed prints. The exercise which was meant to ensure that all bibanja holders register and regularize their tenancy for sustainable utilization of land at subsidized prices i.e 600,000/= for kyaddondo and Busiro and 100,000/= for other counties. These will be maintained in the upcoming exercise.

Those expecting to participate are expected to come with the following;       

    Authenticated proof of ownership
    Proof of payment to Bank Of Africa (A/C No.011813500009)
    3 passport size photographs
    A still photo capturing the owner with the development on the plot
    A sketch/direction map leading to the site

A confirmation letter for regularizing tenancy of Kingdom land and a file registration card will be issued to the tenant. It is important that tenants utilize this opportunity while it lasts. On completion the Board will go back to the normal fees.
